Atlantic Coast Building and Development Corp. has been involved in the designing and/or building and/or managing anything from large real estate developments (visit our Grand Palms Golf and Country Club Resort project with its Med theme) including all site planning, golf course and civil work to residential and office high rise development (see our many high rise projects on the South Florida Beaches. Atlantic Coast Building and Development Corp. has also designed and built unique projects such as Churches, Temples, Specialty Warehouses, Hospitals, Sewage Treatment Plants, Office Buildings and Specialty Manufacturing Plants.
Atlantic Coast Building and Development Corp. offers its own in house Design, Architectural, Civil and Structural Engineering team and also works with many outside Designers and Architects as well. We even have our own legal team to help with zoning and other governmental related matters. This is also true for the construction side where Atlantic Coast Building and Development Corp. can utilize their own licenses and employees to build everything from the Design Stage, Working Drawings and Specifications, Entire Developments with Infrastructure and Buildings or just the Shells, Swimming Pools, Cabinetry, Telephone - Data and other Communications Systems, Alarm Systems, Automation Systems, Low Voltage and Specialty Lighting, Finish Carpentry and of course Construction Management and General Contracting - or we can also use some of our favorite subcontractors when the need arises.
Our sister company, Tally Engineering, is a CQC Construction Management and Engineering Company that is qualified to sample and test everything from roads, soil compactions, concrete and more in our own laboratories. Of course Tally is also qualified as a FL threshold engineer and even performs inspections in lieu of the County and City on most jobs (while we are tougher than most City inspectors, we will perform tests and inspections virtually 24/7 thus benefiting the jobs tremendously).

Sandy S. Segall joined his father over 35 years ago working for Atlantic Coast Development Corporation while earning his General Contractors license as well as a Law Degree from the University of Miami. Sandy S. Segall founded Coastline Building Corporation as a low-rise alternative to Atlantic Coast Development Corporation and then Atlantic Coast Building and Development Corp. to "take over" the high rise business as well.
Atlantic Coast Building and Development Corp. and Coastline Building Corporation have also earned sterling reputations while constructing quality town-homes, villas, single family homes, warehouses, hotels/motels, marinas, schools, churches/temples, office buildings, and condominiums throughout South Florida for over 20 years.

Career Summary
Mr. Borojerdi has over 25 years of design and construction experience in vertical and transportation engineering environments.
As a Construction Engineer, Mr. Borojerdi has had direct responsibility for many construction projects including one of the most complicated segmental bridges first built in State of Florida (ramp I from Turnpike to I-75), construction of I-75 Interchange, movable bridges of Sunny Isles Blvd., Miami Avenue bridge, and Port of Miami bridge, to name a few.
As a District Materials Engineer, Mr. Borojerdi has been involved in creating the Materials and Research Department for Florida Turnpike and establishing two testing laboratories from design development to staffing and AASHTO accreditation of these facilities. Mr. Borojerdi has been responsible for materials testing and certification process for over 750 million dollars of construction cost during the Florida Turnpike expansions projects statewide.
As a Structural Engineer, Mr. Borojerdi has been involved in design, construction and inspection of numerous industrial and commercial structures throughout State of Florida. To name a few, design and construction of a fifteen story high bird seed manufacturing plant, which included gravity feed and silos in Opa-Locka, Florida., design, construction and inspection of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Florida, and design and construction of a very complicated nine story apartment building of which two levels of parking garage are twenty feet underwater, in Hollywood, Florida (currently design completed).
